3. During installation, first check the inside of the machine body to ensure that there are no sundries, that is, close the air inlet and outlet, thoroughly remove the rust, welding slag and other sundries in the pipeline, and then connect with the fan. It is required that no air leakage is allowed on the flange joint surface.
4. When conveying air medium with dust content exceeding 100mg/m3, it is recommended to install air filter at the front end of air inlet muffler.
5. Muffler shall be set near the inlet and outlet of blower.
6. Pressure instrument and safety valve shall be installed on the straight pipe section near the inlet and outlet of the blower. When the blower is in overload operation, the instrument and safety valve shall be able to reflect or send alarm signals.
7. In order to ensure the safe operation of the blower, the blower is not allowed to bear external loads such as pipes, valves, frames, etc. Such loads must be supported separately. It is suggested to install elastic joints on the inlet and outlet pipes to eliminate the impact of pipe vibration and thermal deformation.
8. It must be aligned during installation. Roots blower is coincident with or parallel to the center line of the motor, and the base of the whole machine is kept horizontal with the foundation plane. It is allowed to use adjusting sizing block to adjust the base and ground, and the tolerance is 0.2/1000mm. In order to ensure the safe operation of the fan, it is recommended to install a shock absorber.
9. It is not allowed to damage the assembly clearance of the fan during installation. After installation, the rotating blower rotor shall rotate flexibly without impact and friction.
