There should be enough space around the three blade roots blower to meet the needs of maintenance and disassembly. The width of the three blade roots blower shall not be less than 1.5~2m for easy maintenance, repair and repair. Considering the need of maintenance, it is better to install a crane above the fan.
When the three blade roots blower is installed indoors, the room should be fully lit, dry and well ventilated. If the fan directly sucks air from the machine room, the sectional area of the indoor and outdoor vents should be 5 times larger than the sectional area of the fan inlet. Ventilation equipment shall be provided when transporting flammable, explosive and harmful gases. For the three leaf roots blower installed outdoors, necessary measures shall be taken to prevent sunshine and rain. The operating ambient temperature of the fan shall not exceed 40 ℃. If this happens, measures should be taken to reduce the temperature, otherwise the service life of the fan will be shortened. When the fan is configured outdoors, please set up a rain shelter.
Precautions for installing three blade roots blower:
① The foundation shall be firm
② The surface shall be flat and 10-25 cm higher than the ground.
③ The length and width of the foundation are generally 100~150mm wider than each side of the base.
④ The height of the foundation level above the ground is generally 100~250mm.
For the three leaf roots blower installed outdoors, the bottom surface of the foundation should be below the freezing line to avoid the deformation of the student foundation due to soil ice expansion.
In order to prevent the transmission of vibration information, the foundation shall not be connected with the wall of the building structure by rigid system, and the distance from the wall shall not be less than 300mm. It is better to fill the economic foundation and the surrounding organization with loose research materials such as slag and gravel.
The general construction procedures are: ① laying, excavation and solid foundation; ② Nail formwork, reinforcement, anchor bolt (primary grouting method) or anchor hole (secondary grouting method); ③ Concrete pouring; ④ Maintenance, sanitation, formwork removal, etc. ⑤ The large foundation needs preloading. The weight of the pre compressor is 1.25 to 1.5 times that of the blower until the foundation does not continue to sink.
(1) One time grouting method. When pouring the foundation, the foundation bolts shall be embedded in advance. The advantage of anchor rod is good stability, but the disadvantage is inconvenient adjustment.
(2) Secondary grouting. When pouring the foundation, use the mold to leave the mounting hole of the foundation bolt. Install the anchor bolts, and then fill the holes with concrete or cement mortar. The utility model has the advantages that the foot bolt can be easily adjusted, but the connection between the foot bolt and the foundation is not as good as the one-time use
1. The pipes of three leaf roots blower shall be closely connected without air leakage, and the support shall be set at the appropriate position.
2. The pipe material shall be able to withstand the temperature and pressure of the exhaust system. (Steel pipe can be used as far as possible)
3. The inside of the pipeline shall be clean and free of foreign matters to prevent debris from entering.
4. A one-way valve shall be installed on the pipeline to prevent the return high-pressure gas caused by the reversing of the three blade roots blower from entering the roots blower, causing them to damage the blower. Note: The check valve shall be installed on the working horizontal pipe.
5. If multiple fans operate side by side, a gate valve shall be installed on each pipe (one fan can be cut off during maintenance).
6. There shall be vent valve on the pipeline to prevent the fan from starting with load. The three blade roots blower shall be started without load, and then the vent valve shall be gradually closed. In case of load operation and shutdown, the exhaust valve shall be opened first to confirm that the fan is no-load, and then the fan shall be closed.
The following safety requirements shall be confirmed when installing the three blade roots blower:
1. The three blade roots blower should not be installed in places where people often go in and out to prevent students from being injured and scalded.
2. The fan shall not be installed in the place where inflammable, explosive and corrosive gases are easily generated to prevent fire and poisoning accidents.
3. According to the direction of air inlet and outlet and maintenance requirements, there should be appropriate wide space around the foundation surface.
When installing roots blower, check whether the foundation is firm, whether the ground is flat, whether the foundation is higher than the ground, etc.
5. When the fan is configured outdoors, a canopy shall be set.
6. The three blade roots blower can be developed and used for a long time under the temperature of no more than 40 ℃. When the temperature exceeds 40 ℃, exhaust fan and other cooling technical measures should be installed to improve the service life of roots blower.
7. When air medium is transported, its dust content shall not exceed 100mg/m3 generally.
