Roots blower is a rotary displacement fan, which rotates at a constant speed in the opposite direction through two waist shaped rotors, and basically insulates the suction chamber and exhaust chamber depending on the clearance between the impeller and the impeller, and between the impeller and the housing. With the help of the rotation of the impeller, the gas in the volume is pushed to complete the suction, compression and exhaust processes. When the upper rotor rotates clockwise, the lower rotor rotates counterclockwise, and the gas is sucked from the left side. As the working volume decreases during rotation, the gas is compressed, and finally discharged from the right outlet to achieve the purpose of blowing.
The roots blower adopts three leaf involute linear type, the shaft end seal adopts mechanical seal, the mechanical seal lubrication method is forced circulation of the oil station, and the oil seal adopts non-contact seal plus V-ring seal. The upper side intake and the lower side exhaust are adopted.
The air output of the blower is proportional to the number of revolutions. When the outlet resistance changes, the air output will not be significantly affected. Roots blower has simple structure and high efficiency, and its working rotor needs no lubrication. It is widely used to transport toxic, harmful, flammable, explosive and corrosive gases.

1. The spring pressure is too large. The compressor is subject to power rise, overheating, smoke, noise, abnormal leakage, a large amount of wear products and abnormal vibration, resulting in slipping, cracking, early wear, sintering, scratching or damage of rotating mechanism and transmission mechanism.
2. The spring pressure is too small. Leakage occurs, resulting in the failure of moving ring without change.
3. The rotating part contacts the stationary part. Make the compressor overheat, leak and sound, resulting in seal damage.    
4. Assembly tilt. Leakage occurs, causing wear of seal ring, shaft and transmission part.
5. The screw is improperly screwed. Leakage occurs, leading to wear of seal ring and shaft.
