Service conditions of high-pressure roots blower

1、 High pressure Roots blower The working environment temperature of shall not exceed 40 ℃. If it exceeds 40 ℃, measures shall be taken to reduce the temperature, otherwise the service life of high-pressure roots blower will be shortened. 2. The foundation design shall comply with the relevant provisions of the national mechanical equipment installation project. The foundation shall be built on hard soil, 100-250 mm higher than the ground, and 800-1500 mm deep. The bearing surface of the foundation shall be 100-250 mm wider than the base, and its foundation shall not be firmly connected with other buildings and wall foundations. Sufficient space shall be reserved around the high-pressure roots blower to meet the needs of maintenance and disassembly.

3. Before installation, remove the welding slag and other foreign matters in the pipeline, and place the valve in the fully open state, otherwise the high-pressure roots blower will be overloaded and damaged.

4. Check and add gear oil. When leaving the factory, the oil tank may not be filled with gear oil. Please check and fill the gear oil. In the shutdown state, add oil to the center of the oil window. Excessive oil filling will lead to oil leakage.

5. Check the tightness of the narrow V-belt and the belt pulley deviation. The belt pulley deviation can be adjusted with a ruler. After using for a period of time, the belt will become loose, so it needs to be readjusted.

6. Check whether the power supply voltage and frequency meet the requirements of the nameplate.

7. Check the rotation direction of the belt pulley. Observe the rotation direction of the belt pulley when facing the belt pulley. The rotation direction of the belt pulley should be consistent with the rotation sign arrow.

※ YCSR50-300A pulley turns counterclockwise, 250B, 250C, 300B pulley turns clockwise when facing the pulley.

8. Before starting, rotate the belt pulley by hand for more than 1 turn, check that the vent valve is fully open, and if there is no abnormality, start the high-pressure roots blower.

Working principle of high-pressure roots blower

A constant volume rotary fan that uses two trilobal rotors to make relative movement in the cylinder to compress and transport gas.

The high pressure roots blower keeps the two rotors engaged by the synchronous gear at the rotor shaft end. Each concave curved surface on the rotor forms a working volume with the inner wall of the cylinder, and takes gas away from the suction port during the rotation of the rotor;

When it is moved near the exhaust port and connected with the exhaust port, the gas is transmitted to the exhaust channel. The two rotors work alternately in turn. The two rotors do not contact each other. They are sealed by a tightly controlled gap, so the discharged gas is not polluted by lubricating oil.
